Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and most of his career has been in the affordable housing industry, including 28 years with Kentucky Housing Corporation. During his time at Kentucky Housing Corporation, Rick held numerous positions including Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Program Officer before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2008.  After retiring from Kentucky Housing in 2013, Rick now serves as the Affordable Housing Manager for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government where he is working with numerous for-profit and non-profit partners to create and preserve affordable housing units in Fayette County.
